This might sound silly but have you plugged the dish into the box.
I freesat has stopped working i ve made no adjustments or altered anything.
The sreen reads no channel found please check connection and dish alignment press ok to start autoset.
We have a sky and a minidisk.

Used the satellite finder supplied to find the astra 19 2 satellite which is facing south 9 degrees to the right of where the 28 2 dish is pointing is was easy to find.
